Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional assistance with their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Listen actively to customers' inquiries and provide accurate information or assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers about our products/services and promote additional offerings or upgrades as appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
